On How to Survive and Live Your Dream 101
Meeting clients who trust your works, understand the process, and treat you as part of their team and/or meeting a bunch of people who can connect with you professionally and work together side by side always give me the best feeling in the world. But sometimes you are not that lucky. A few months ago, I had to deal with a difficult client who I just finished working with. I learnt my lessons; to be able to know my own limit, to not let people disrespect my best efforts, and to always seal the deal with a written agreement.
And the most important thing, I learnt how to be happy, to put myself above all things, and do the things I truly love. I remembered having conversation with Ika Vantiani weeks ago in one of our random and unplanned #KencanPerasaan session about this and how I covered with fear of letting people around me down and not to be able to pay my family's bills if I stopped. That was when I started running my own little shop which sells cute accessories (@naninanishop), just to relieve the unbearable stress and create my own very little hope to move on. And it certainly does the magic. Reading all the messages gave me a warm feeling and most of all, appreciated. Thank YOU. Especially the ones who have been supporting me from the beginning. You don't know how these little things have made me whole again after feeling defeated. I hope you are as happy as I am today.
